Ad Age has announced their 2017 Best Places to Work and PMG is proud to be ranked #5. This is the third year in a row PMG has made the annual Best Places to Work list, which identifies, recognizes and honors 50 of the best employers in the advertising and marketing industries.

The distinction came about because PMG’s employee benefits package speaks to how important our people are, including perks like diaper gift cards for new parents, gym membership reimbursements, and generous holiday schedules. PMG also places a heavy emphasis on work-life balance, so employees enjoy flexible work schedules and the agency hosts company events where the whole family is invited – like our recent Halloween party.

Our People Operations team works hard planning lively and entertaining bonding events like movie nights, family dinners and a kickball tournament. In-office yoga, a barista, and dry cleaning pickup, as well as company-sponsored intramural sports teams, are just a few of the other perks PMGers get to enjoy.

“Being named one of Ad Age’s Best Places to Work three years in a row is such an honor. Our people have always been — and will continue to be — a top priority at PMG,” said Chris Sinclair, PMG’s head of service and people development. He added, “We are delighted that our bold and engaging culture has helped us continue growing on the right path.”

PMG’s ranks in 2015 and 2016 were 13th and 5th, respectively.

Companies from across the United States entered the two-part survey process to determine Ad Age’s Best Places to Work. The list is a survey based evaluation of the workplace’s policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics and the employee experience. Any ad agency, ad-tech firm, media company, or marketing division of a brand that’s been in business for more than one year with more than 15 full-time employees were eligible. Public, private, for-profit and non-for-profit businesses could all participate in the survey. The first part of the survey evaluated the employers’ offerings and the second part was an employee survey that measured each’s workplaces experience.  The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
