Today, Ad Age named PMG #2 on its annual list of Best Places to Work, the company’s seventh year in a row to be recognized on the list, and our second year to be among the top two companies of 200+ people recognized. The Ad Age Best Places to Work list honors those leading in fostering an inclusive company culture, offering exceptional employee benefits, competitive pay, and more. This year’s recognition follows PMG being named #1 in 2021.

“We will always prioritize [our people] and remain flexible especially during this time,” George Popstefanov, founder and CEO of PMG, told Ad Age. “As leaders, our job is to give grace to our employees right now and really show up for them at the human level—not just as a boss. One of the biggest opportunities that we’ve learned to be doing during this time is creating this continuous feedback loop between our employees and us in leadership to really listen to what the challenges are that they’re dealing with—and then constantly being able to innovate and add different programs.”

PMG has seen phenomenal growth and business results over the last few years while offering employees everything from mental health days to pet insurance, childcare stipends for working parents, fertility benefits, and “COVID-safe” activities, including family drive-in movie nights, virtual wine-tasting classes, murder mystery dinners, dog park happy hours, and more. We’ve helped integrate dozens of new grads into the industry with our robust early career training programs and continue to invest in expanding our employee resources groups and DE&I initiatives.

PMG has grown its headcount 6.5x since 2015, transitioning from a start-up to a global leader by supporting employee growth and a people-first company culture, data- and tech-driven innovation, and outsized impact for brands like Gap Inc., Sephora, Momentive, and Best Western, to name a few.
