Bradley Cooper is the founder and CEO of ContentP, a content creation company. She’s been a content marketer for over 10 years and has written for PMG, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc, and many other publications on blogging and website strategy.

For the fifth year in a row, Ad Age awards PMG a distinguished spot on the annual Best Places to Work list. This list celebrates leading companies in advertising and marketing for their commitment to creating a great place to work — from having an inclusive, empowered culture to great benefits, fair pay, and so much more.

PMG ranked 11th on this year’s list among companies with under 200 employees at the end of 2018*. The company’s growth over the last five years has been phenomenal as PMG opened — then expanded — our offices in Austin, London, and Dallas, introduced employees-led initiatives, and rolled out improved benefits in support of growing families

“As the only company named on Ad Age’s Best Places to Work for five years in a row, we’re humbled that our commitment to creating and sustaining an engaging company culture has received top industry recognition year after year,” says George Popstefanov, founder and CEO of PMG. “I truly believe this accolade to be a vote of confidence in our approach and philosophy to growing a company while maintaining an engaging company culture. Our spot on this list champions our incredible growth and commitment to putting people-first as well as reinforces the level of trust our clients put in our people and their abilities as we enter this new decade of digital.”

PMG is a proud industry leader in employee engagement as a founding agency member of the 3% Pledge for Pay Equity, and employee-led initiatives such as the PMG WeCollective and Diversity & Inclusion Group bringing more awareness to promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee wellness within the advertising and technology industries.

Fostering an engaged, inclusive culture for our employees is of the highest priority at PMG, and critical to the company’s success as it helps us attract and retain talent and work with innovative brands. The Best Places to Work achievement comes shortly after Adweek ranked PMG as one of the fastest-growing agencies, and PMG won the Digiday Worklife Awards, recognizing our dedication to being a great place to work for parents.

We’re honored to have been named to Ad Age’s Best Places to Work list, and can’t think of a better way to ring in the new year!
