In many organizations, the first step toward advancing a more durable measurement roadmap is educating stakeholders on how the privacy-first digital media ecosystem works, what’s changing, and outlining clear best practices and next steps for building durable data and measurement programs.

Dallas leads what Forbes calls the “surging south,” as the magazine ranked it first in job growth (greater than 25% increase) since 2006. In recent years, companies like Toyota, JP Morgan Chase, Liberty Mutual, Boeing, Jamba Juice, Pei Wei, Smoothie King and Jet Suite have either relocated their headquarters or opened major hubs within the Dallas-Plano-Irving region. Those led to jobs, which led to incredible population growth for Dallas and its suburbs. In other words, there’s a lot of new talent in DFW.

Therefore, it’s with much enthusiasm that PMG has officially opened an office in Uptown Dallas.

“Having a physical presence in Dallas gives us better access to the amazing talent on the other side of the Metroplex,” said Chris Sinclair, head of people at PMG. “The new office will significantly reduce commute times for residents of the area. Our pitch to candidates can now focus on what makes PMG one of the industry’s most unique and rewarding places to work, and the opportunity they have to come build something amazing with us right here in Dallas.”

He added that existing PMG employees who live in Dallas — many of whom enjoy flexible work arrangements such as working from home on some days — will have the option to relocate part or full time to that office. “We don’t want our people spending hours in a car. Opening in Dallas is another way we can help our employees better balance their work with their demanding daily lives,” said Sinclair.

This is the second time PMG has expanded in the state of Texas for the express purposes of talent recruitment and retention. In 2016, PMG opened a new office in Downtown Austin because existing employees had expressed an interest in relocating to the city. It didn’t hurt that Austin was (and continues to be) one of the hottest and fastest-growing tech and digital marketing hubs in the country. In fact, PMG’s success in attracting talent from the coastal cities was recently featured in Adweek.
