In many organizations, the first step toward advancing a more durable measurement roadmap is educating stakeholders on how the privacy-first digital media ecosystem works, what’s changing, and outlining clear best practices and next steps for building durable data and measurement programs.

Finalists were announced in the inaugural Digiday WorkLife Awards today, and PMG is proud to be nominated for Most Innovative Culture among small agencies, based on number of employees. The awards showcase the media and marketing world’s best work environments as well as the values and cultural initiatives that make them unique.

The judges noted PMG’s environment that fosters innovation, with initiatives including: an employee-led innovation group that has the autonomy and charge to tackle a broad range of opportunities, from client campaign ideas to internal workflow improvements; regular employee recognition programs that allow individual employees to nominate team members for innovative thinking, going beyond their day-to-day responsibilities, and driving positive change; and earmarking funds specifically to encourage collaboration and teamwork.

Other finalists in the competition — which covers agencies, publishers, and technology platforms — include The Washington Post, Havas, Horizon Media, 360i, and TBWA\Chiat\Day. Winners will be announced at a gala dinner in New York City on November 7th.
