ICYMI: Panel Discussion About Digital Commerce During COVID-19
In many organizations, the first step toward advancing a more durable measurement roadmap is educating stakeholders on how the privacy-first digital media ecosystem works, what’s changing, and outlining clear best practices and next steps for building durable data and measurement programs.
PMG’s Kaitlin McGrew recently participated in a virtual panel discussion on Live with Search Engine Land. Moderated by Editor Ginny Marvin, Kaitlin and the panelists had a lively conversation about how the health crisis has impacted strategies for digital commerce marketers, and how they have evolved their channel strategies.
Besides showcasing her lovely cats, McGrew shared insights such as how clients have used ad customizers to shift messaging to outlet store shoppers in order to drive visits to online sales in ways that are personalized to the user. She also talked about how Amazon campaigns have fared and how performance on the platform has impacted clients’ goals around profitability. You can view the full panel discussion on YouTube.
