We all love the surprise of new Google Doodles.

On April 22nd 2015, as millions of people habitually navigated to the most popular page on the internet, they were greeted by tentacles, tusks and an alluring yet rather rapidly rotating Earth. But this was only the start.

Users were enticed to really get into the groove of Earth Day by taking a quiz entitled What animal are you? How could we resist? (See below.)

Naturally, I took the quiz. It consisted of 5 entertaining questions. (See numbers 1 and 4 below.)

Q1 + Q4

At the end of the questions, all was revealed. And I could not have been happier with the outcome. I am a cuttlefish 🙂

You may be in doubt about the accuracy of your own results but know that some influential and big names have in fact taken and endorsed this quiz too. Among them are Dame Jane Goodall and Jared Leto.

Their endorsements serve to promote the underlying cause of the Doodle -which is to help raise awareness and funds to support the great work of various conservation organizations. All donations made to the list of associated organizations through the end of April will be matched by Google.

Can you guess which animals Jane Goodall and Jard Leto got?

Earth Day 2015’s Google Doodle was far reaching to say the least. (See the world map below.)
