I have the privilege of spending my work days surrounded by a vast number of uniquely talented individuals. The intellectual horsepower of my co-workers is astonishing. If I don’t know how to do something, I guarantee that one of the other 59 people I work with will.
Co-workers can be your most valuable resource. Here are 3 pieces of advice that have served me well over the years:
1. Know your co-workers’ skills The sooner you learn your co-workers skills the better.
2. Let your skills be known What do your co-workers need that your skills can provide.
