In many organizations, the first step toward advancing a more durable measurement roadmap is educating stakeholders on how the privacy-first digital media ecosystem works, what’s changing, and outlining clear best practices and next steps for building durable data and measurement programs.

At PMG, we’re lucky because we work with the world’s best brands, and have some of the industry’s brightest minds as our partners, both on the client side and at the agency itself. While we’ve always believed our moms when they told us that we’re the best, we stay humble, knowing that our success comes not solely from individual efforts, but through collaboration. That said, it is always nice when someone “outside” recognizes excellence in our team, as The Drum just did today when it named PMG’s Carly Carson as one of its “50 Under 30” in the U.S.

Carly joined PMG in 2014, and leads social media strategy and planning for brands well-known to many closets, including J.Crew, Cole Haan, Journeys and Abercrombie & Fitch.

PMG’s founder and CEO, George Popstefanov, said, “In a short period of time, Carly has cemented herself as a crucial component of our growing success, and has displayed a true understanding of what it means to think creatively with digital media strategies and tools to best serve clients. We are over the moon with pride and happiness for her and this amazing recognition.”

While they’ve done this program for several years in the U.K., 2017 is actually the first year The Drum focused on the U.S. to celebrate and honor talented women across the country who work in creativity. The program spotlights talented women who put themselves – and their cities – on the map via “their creativity, achievements and dedication to an industry that is changing at a fast clip.”
