In many organizations, the first step toward advancing a more durable measurement roadmap is educating stakeholders on how the privacy-first digital media ecosystem works, what’s changing, and outlining clear best practices and next steps for building durable data and measurement programs.

For the fourth year in a row, Ad Age honored leading independent digital company PMG with a spot its annual Best Places to Work list. The list celebrates companies in advertising and marketing for their commitment to driving employee growth and satisfaction. The recognition is particularly powerful given how much PMG has grown over that time period, indicating that the company has successfully cultivated expansion without sacrificing employee wellness.

PMG was ranked #10 in this year’s list among companies with fewer than 200 employees. Over the past four years, PMG has increased its global team by more than 3X. It also added offices in key talent markets — Dallas, Austin and London — that have successfully transferred the dynamic and award-winning culture built in PMG’s headquarters located in Fort Worth’s trendsetting West 7th neighborhood.

“To make the list once is truly an honor, as many other companies have terrific focus on their people, but to make it four years in a row is truly humbling,” said George Popstefanov, PMG’s founder and CEO. “We constantly look for ways to improve our culture so that our talented employees can grow and thrive, while also balancing their life outside of the office. This is a vote of confidence in our approach and philosophy and what we’ve been able to achieve.”

PMG is a recognized industry leader in employee initiatives. It has taken the lead in diversity and inclusion, with the founding of the employee-led WeCollective and being a founding agency in The 3% Pledge for Pay Equity. The company also offers key perks and benefits such: profit sharing, 401(k) matching, robust healthcare plans, gym reimbursement, maternity and paternity leave, broad employee training programs, flexibility around work hours and location, free snacks and an in-house barista. All of these programs have contributed to PMG’s 90% employee retention rate.
