PMG Named Best Place for Working Parents Three Years in a Row

In many organizations, the first step toward advancing a more durable measurement roadmap is educating stakeholders on how the privacy-first digital media ecosystem works, what’s changing, and outlining clear best practices and next steps for building durable data and measurement programs.

The Best Place for Working Parents® has once again honored and recognized PMG’s commitment to supporting working parents through family-friendly policies and practices, granting us its namesake award for the third year in a row.

PMG’s core benefits—healthcare, paid time off, and parental leave—outpaced other organizations in our industry and of similar size, scoring 25 percent higher than those benchmarks. We offer all employees at least four weeks of paid time off, up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave, and eight weeks of paid leave for paternity, adoption, and foster care placement. We outscored other companies by even more (50 percent or higher) in areas of organizational culture, such as wellness, resources, and flexibility, driven by pandemic perks like subsidized Care.com memberships and childcare reimbursement to help parents find backup care, as well as family-friendly events.

The Best Place for Working Parents is a growing network of business leaders proving that family-friendly is business-friendly. It uses an online business self-assessment to identify organizations across the country that are innovating around policies that not only help working parent employees but boost business results. The award follows other recognition PMG has garnered recently for its parent-friendly policies. In January, the company was ranked #2 among Ad Age’s Best Places to Work, the seventh year in a row PMG has made the list. Ad Age cited PMG’s generous financial support for parents dealing with additional childcare and technology costs due to the pandemic and making company events open to family members to attend. And recent stories in Adweek and Ad Age feature PMG employees and parents sharing about how the company’s policies have given them the security and flexibility they need to navigate the stresses and complexities driven by the pandemic.
