Landy Awards Name PMG Finalist For Two SEM Categories
In many organizations, the first step toward advancing a more durable measurement roadmap is educating stakeholders on how the privacy-first digital media ecosystem works, what’s changing, and outlining clear best practices and next steps for building durable data and measurement programs.
The 2016 Search Engine Land Awards just announced that PMG is a finalist for two awards. The digital agency was recognized for “Best Mobile Search Marketing Initiative” and “Best Retail Search Marketing Initiative.”
Each year, the Landy Awards recognize the best practices and tools used to drive results with organic, paid, local, mobile, and social search tactics. It is considered one of the top SEM award competitions in the industry.
“Being named a finalist twice is truly an honor,” said George Popstefanov, founder and CEO of PMG. He added, “What we’re really proud of is that both of these cases reflect our team’s ability to innovate new and sophisticated approaches in one of digital marketing’s most prevalent channels.”
In the Mobile category, PMG was recognized for developing algorithms to influence bid modifiers at scale, driving significant conversion lift and thus enabling clients to turn a challenging channel into a consistently profitable one. In the Retail category, the selection lauded PMG’s use of a consumer’s distance to a retail store to create a strategy that delivered huge gains in both online and offline sales.
